S.W.E.A.T. is a mindset. It is individuals coming together to get healthy. The class has people from a variety of backgrounds and physical fitness levels. We are encouraging and positive.
In 45 minutes, you will feel exhausted, energized and ready for the day ahead! Exercises vary based on time of year, individuals attending and weather. No two classes will be the same. Many students end up calling S.W.E.A.T. class their “Saturday 45 minute family” and better than a “cup of coffee.”
While done in a group setting, the design is individualized exercise done to your fitness level. Like any good personal training session, safe ways of exercising help you maximize the benefits of exercise. There is no point attempting to push you past the “point of no return.” You will not find me standing in the front of the class. In fact, in most classes, there is no front or back to the class. It is a team or group.
Our approach to exercise is to be fun and encouraging. Sometimes you will be with partners or teams. You may find (not always) in a S.W.E.A.T. class, the following types of exercises:
We hold S.W.E.A.T. class indoors at Kinetics 360 in Marlton, New Jersey and, currently, at our temporary location.
Class is now held on Saturday mornings at 8AM. Please sign-up in advance for class if you can.

I know it can be tough starting a new class but you will feel relaxed and immediately at ease.
I’ve really enjoyed my training with Jared. He took the time upfront to really understand my goals and concerns. As someone in my 50’s with back and joint issues, I was very concerned about further injury. Jared has been very attentive and focussed each minute of my workout on ensuring my form is correct as well as making sure there are strengthening components to the workouts that have help stabilize those core injured areas. He brings a positive and energetic attitude each morning and makes the workouts a challenging but satisfying experience. In addition to the workouts, his understanding of nutrition has helped me make sure I’m fueling my body properly and recovering quickly. Lastly, on several occasions he has taken time out of his personal life to follow up workouts with text messages to check-in, provide nutritional support information and just make sure my body responded to the workouts properly. It was exactly what I was looking for in a trainer and I look forward to reaching more of my workout goals under his guidance.
