What is S.W.E.A.T. Class?

 
 

Our class Schedule:

  • Monday - Turbo 5:30am
  • Tuesday - EXTREME with Sarah 6:30pm
  • Wednesday - SWEAT 5:30am
  • Thursday - RIPPED with Sarah 6:15pm
  • Friday - Insanity 5:30am
  • Saturday - SWEAT 8:15am
  • Saturday - CIZE 9:15am
  • Saturday - ABS-solution with Sarah 10:15am

Speed. Weights. Endurance. Aerobic. Training.

  • This is not a typical crossfit or aerobics class (although weights and cardio are involved!)
  • This is not a boot camp (but you will get just as fit!)
  • This is not zumba (although music plays!)

 

What is S.W.E.A.T.?

S.W.E.A.T. is a mindset. It is individuals coming together to get healthy. The class has people from a variety of backgrounds and physical fitness levels. We are encouraging and positive.

In 45 minutes, you will feel exhausted, energized and ready for the day ahead! Exercises vary based on time of year, individuals attending and weather. No two classes will be the same. Many students end up calling S.W.E.A.T. class their “Saturday 45 minute family” and better than a “cup of coffee.”

What is a S.W.E.A.T. class like?

While done in a group setting, the design is individualized exercise done to your fitness level. Like any good personal training session, safe ways of exercising help you maximize the benefits of exercise. There is no point attempting to push you past the “point of no return.” You will not find me standing in the front of the class. In fact, in most classes, there is no front or back to the class. It is a team or group.

Our approach to exercise is to be fun and encouraging. Sometimes you will be with partners or teams. You may find (not always) in a S.W.E.A.T. class, the following types of exercises:

  • ​Plank or partner plank high-fives (or both)
  • ​Circuit training (not with standard weight machines and not JUST using free weights)
  • ​Resistance Bands, Medicine Balls or Free Weights
  • ​SQUATS (there is usually always some form of these)
  • Great Music
  • ​Fun People from all walks of life

 

Where and when is S.W.E.A.T. class held?

We hold S.W.E.A.T. class indoors at Kinetics 360 in Marlton, New Jersey and, currently, at our temporary location.

Class is now held on Saturday mornings at 8AM. Please sign-up in advance for class if you can.
