I treat my clients like family. Many personal trainers have forgotten the true meaning of personal training – meeting an individual’s needs and goals by creating a custom progression plan to get him or her results. My mantra, when I meet with other trainers and in working with my clients, is that everyone should not be trained the same way. Success is measured differently for everyone and it’s my job to help achieve that success. I provide personal training services in Cherry Hill, throughout Southern New Jersey and in the Philadelphia area.
My physical, nutritional and spiritual goals differ and personal training helps my clients focus on their specific goals. Success may be getting in shape for an event like a wedding and maintaining healthy lifestyle goals afterwards. Success is helping a sedentary child improve their lifestyle, motor skills and coordination through physical activity. Individuals with a variety of needs from increasing strength, aging gracefully, losing weight to teenagers working towards sports championships all are part of my client roster.
In my opinion, anyone can go to one of the local south jersey gyms or pop in a video at home and do a workout. However, often, time is wasted, proper form and posture are not used, possibly causing injury, and the results achieved may not be the goals wanted. With my gym orientation training, I teach you to use the equipment and perform postures properly to ensure less risk of injury. I can make your time more efficient by helping you create a better program to use at your gym or home, designed for your needs and goals.
Often, after being released from a rehabilitation program, people go back to their daily lives and struggle at the plateau they left the rehab center with. I will assess your current situation and, using my expertise with specific muscle training, create a plan (along with your doctors) to break through the rehabilitation plateau.
Every time I go to Jared he always exceeds in exhausting me, and succeeds in pushing me further than I thought I could go. While I was away at ARMY basic training I would imagine Jared standing next to me whenever I felt like I was going to give up and the thought of him always helped me push out a few more reps or run a little faster. And the day after I returned on leave I took his S.W.E.A.T. class, and despite all my physical training over the previous months, he still kicked my butt!
