  2. Body bar reverse lunges (right )
    Switch – 18 each
  3. Bench upside down push ups ( toes on hands off ) -15
  4. Push up leg lift ( switching 15 each )
  5. Lunge jumps/jump squats w/TRX-15
  6. Squats holding 5lbs out ( in front of you) -18
  7. Lying down chest on bicep curls-18
  8. Bike crunch skull crushers ( same time 45secs)

  1. Leap frogs ( all the way down on floor, Jump and bring knees high and land back in starting position) -12
  2. Plate drop squats on dip machine ( stand up facing out of dip machine, plate is in front ) -15
  3. Bicep lat pull down bar curls ( lean back on angle and curl ) -18
  4. Incline flys-18
  5. Incline press-18
  6. Chest on incline bench rear delts ( lying face down )-18
  7. TRX Row-18
  8. Stationary Spider-Man push-ups w/weights -12 each
