Switch – 18 each - Bench upside down push ups ( toes on hands off ) -15
- Push up leg lift ( switching 15 each )
- Lunge jumps/jump squats w/TRX-15
- Squats holding 5lbs out ( in front of you) -18
- Lying down chest on bicep curls-18
- Bike crunch skull crushers ( same time 45secs)

- Leap frogs ( all the way down on floor, Jump and bring knees high and land back in starting position) -12
- Plate drop squats on dip machine ( stand up facing out of dip machine, plate is in front ) -15
- Bicep lat pull down bar curls ( lean back on angle and curl ) -18
- Incline flys-18
- Incline press-18
- Chest on incline bench rear delts ( lying face down )-18
- TRX Row-18
- Stationary Spider-Man push-ups w/weights -12 each
