Jared’s Bio
A healthy, fit lifestyle is not easy and I understand how difficult losing weight can be because I have lost over 70 pounds. Fitness and health is a science AND a lifestyle. From sports training to remaining active through injury, my objective as a personal trainer is to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. My academic training in Kinesiology Movement Science and Applied Fitness, Penn State University (B.S., 2000), has helped me to create programs for cardiac rehabilitation, strength classes, health risk appraisals. In addition, I emphasize programs in stability ball training and special population classes, as well as provide assistance to those under chiropractic and doctor supervision. My work at the Crozer-Keystone Springfield Healthplex honed my physical rehabilitation and personal training skills. After working for the Crozer-Keystone Springfield Healthplex, I began working at the Philadelphia Sports Club in Cherry Hill, NJ as Fitness Program Manager. When Body Physics (Cherry Hill, NJ) opened in 2002, I realized I could further help my clients with their health and fitness needs on a more personal level. In 2016, with close to 15 years having worked with clients on a personal level, I realized there is a need for personal training to have a direct connection with gyms, group classes, sports & athletic camps, yoga classes and nutrition.

I create a custom plan for each client. The population of these classes ranges from seniors to teenagers! Everyone inspires each other in this positive environment. My clients will often say they never get the same class twice!
Fitness and health are so important to our emotional wellbeing. I have made multiple appearances on NBC 10. The goal of achieving wellness has spurred me to develop and promote corporate programs and virtual training, since my personal training is based in Cherry Hill, NJ and Philadelphia, PA.
Along with my degree from Penn State University, I have a black belt in Tang Soo Do. My continuing education focuses on Special Population Training and Stability Ball Training.
