Are virtual sessions available?

Yes! While most clients train in person, Jared also offers virtual sessions for those who prefer working out from home or need flexibility in their schedule. You’ll still get personalized coaching, guidance, and accountability — just through a screen.

How do I know which service is right for me?

That’s exactly what the free consultation is for! Jared will talk with you about your goals, preferences, and lifestyle, then recommend the option that best fits your needs — whether that’s personal training, group training, or adding mental coaching for extra support.

What should I expect in my first session?

Your first session is all about getting to know you. Jared will review your goals, talk through your fitness background, and guide you through a workout that matches your level. You’ll leave feeling motivated, supported, and confident about the journey ahead.

How often should I train each week?

It depends on your goals, schedule, and fitness level. Many clients start with 2–3 sessions per week for consistency and progress, but Jared will create a plan that works best for your lifestyle so you can stick with it long term.

Do I need to bring my own equipment?

Nope! Jared provides the equipment needed for your sessions. If you’re training virtually, he’ll design workouts that use minimal or no equipment, so you can still get great results from home.

What if I’ve had an injury or health condition in the past?

That’s not a problem. Jared is experienced in helping clients safely work around injuries and build strength at their own pace. Your health and safety always come first, and programs are customized to support your unique needs.
